Huazheng Processing Technology
Huazheng Processing Technology:
1. CNC machining: CNC means "computer data control", simply "CNC machining", also known as "computer control". CNC machining is an automated machining method with high efficiency, high precision and high flexibility. CNC machining is to input the NC program of the workpiece into the machine tool. Under the control of these programs, the machine automatically uses the rotary motion of the workpiece and the linear motion or curve motion of the tool to change the shape and size of the blank, and process it into the requirements of the drawings.
2. Process flow:
Edit the machining program according to the drawing → Enter the program into the CNC machining center → Verify the program → Install the blank and tool for machining → Tool setting operation → First piece trial → Select the program → Start machining
At present, CNC machining is a relatively advanced processing technology for today's machinery manufacturing, which can effectively solve the processing of precision, complex and small batch, and fully adapt to the needs of contemporary production. Huazheng Shouban has more than 20 CNC machining centers, focusing on high-precision and complex aluminum hand-handling, with the highest precision up to 0.01mm.
• Anodizing: The metal or alloy part is used as an anode, and an oxide film is formed on the surface of the product by electrolysis. The metal oxide film changes the surface state and properties of the product, such as surface coloring, and improves the corrosion resistance of the product. Wear resistance and hardness, but also improve the aesthetics of the product. Non-ferrous metals or alloys thereof (magnesium, aluminum and their alloys) can be anodized and widely used in mechanical parts, aircraft parts, precision instruments, etc.
• Grinding: sandpaper is used to rub the appearance of the workpiece to remove the defects such as burrs, machining lines and bonding marks attached to the surface of the workpiece, thereby improving the flatness of the workpiece, reducing the roughness, and making the surface of the workpiece smooth and fine. .
-
• Polishing: The finishing of the surface of the workpiece using a flexible polishing tool and abrasive particles or other polishing media on a sanding basis. For the purpose of obtaining a smooth surface or a specular gloss, it is sometimes used to eliminate gloss (extinction). The surface roughness of the workpiece after polishing is generally up to Ra 0.63 to 0.01 μm.
• Spray: Surface painting is one of the most widely used surface finishes.
There are several main advantages:
(1) Surface defects of the workpiece after covering the molding
(2) The surface of the workpiece can be sprayed to obtain a variety of colors, different gloss, different visual effects and a variety of different feels.
(3) Enhance the hardness and wear resistance of the surface of the workpiece; the effects of spraying include: matt, semi-matte, bright (high light) and other colors, various textures, etched lines, brushed effect (Metal color can be drawn) Leather effect, elastic hand effect (rubber paint), etc.
(4) Sand blasting: using compressed air as the power to form a high-speed jet beam to spray the spray at a high speed onto the surface of the workpiece to be treated. Due to the impact and cutting action of the abrasive on the surface of the workpiece, the surface of the workpiece is cleaned. Degree and different roughness, while the mechanical properties of the workpiece surface are changed, thus improving the anti-invasiveness of the workpiece, increasing the adhesion between the workpiece and the paint coating, prolonging the durability of the paint film, and also facilitating the paint Leveling and decoration
• Laser engraving: Laser engraving is also called laser engraving. It is based on the customer's desired graphic figures, letters, patterns, signs and other requirements to use laser to remove the paint on the surface of the product, so that some parts can reveal the numbers, letters, patterns and signs in the dark. Can clearly see the effects (such as computer keyboards, cell phones buttons, lenses and other commonly used home appliances)
• Plating: In order to make the details of the product more conspicuous and apply a layer of branded product color, the sample before plating must be very smooth. Can't have any traces of impurities, then soak in chemical water
• Drawing: Wire drawing is a surface treatment method that forms a line on the surface of the workpiece by grinding the product to provide a decorative effect. It is a good reflection of the texture of the metal material, which gives the metal surface a non-mirror-like metallic luster.
