The turning-milling composite processing lathe is used in the initial stage, from the installation and debugging of the whole machine to about one year of operation. The main problem at this stage is the high frequency of failures, which will decrease rapidly as the use time increases. The reasons for frequent failures during the initial period of use are roughly as follows.
1. Electrical reasons. The control system of the turning-milling compound lathe uses a large number of electronic components. Although these components have been subjected to long-term aging tests and other screenings in the manufacturing plant, in actual use, due to the heating of the circuit and the variable load of the switch, the wave Factors such as the influence of inrush current and reverse electric potential, some components with relatively poor performance cannot withstand the test. Therefore, the current impact or voltage breakdown, or the characteristic curve change, causes the entire system to fail to work normally and is scrapped.
2. Hydraulic reasons. Due to the long-term transportation and installation after the turning composite processing leaves the factory, some parts of the hydraulic system are oil-free for a long time, the lubricating oil in the cylinder is dry, and the oil mist lubrication cannot take effect immediately, causing the hydraulic cylinder or cylinder to rust. In addition, if the newly installed air pipe is not cleaned, some debris and moisture may also enter the system, causing initial failure of hydraulic and pneumatic components.
3. Mechanical reasons. Although the turning-milling composite lathe has run-in before leaving the factory, the time is short, mainly due to the running-in of the spindle and the guide rail. Due to the micro and macro geometric errors in the machining surface of the part, the machining surface of the part is still relatively rough before it is completely run-in, and the assembly of the part may exist Errors, therefore, greater wear will result in larger gaps between the relative moving parts of the equipment, which can lead to failures.
