- Boot up
1. Turn on the power, turn the emergency stop button, and it will be regarded as a successful startup.
2. After starting the machine, first perform a machine zero reset, otherwise the program cannot be run, and ensure that all axes are completely zeroed.
3. Check the auxiliary tools again, such as whether the tool is in place, whether the machine is abnormal, and whether each axis is running normally.
- Processing
1. Determine the processing item, processing purpose, and processing points.
2. Check the processing object, according to the program to check whether the size of the processing workpiece is correct, whether the reference is correct, and whether there is any defect.
3. Start processing according to the processing procedure list. (1) Remember to be accurate in the direction, (2) The tolerance should be within 0.005MM when calibrating the meter, and the horizontal plane should be paid special attention. The input must be accurate, check again, and back up the number of points, (4) Strictly check the program name and tool name.
4. Locate the tool setting point and input the tool compensation.
5. Start processing according to the program, pay attention to the program name, tool size, type, and length.
6. Observe at any time during processing to prevent tool wear, tool breakage, etc., which may cause unnecessary waste and extraneous work on the workpiece.
7. If you need to stop halfway during processing, you need to press a single block. Please pay attention to the data of each block to prevent errors when restarting.
8. When the processing is completed, check with the programmer whether the processing is in place, whether it is processed again, whether there is any missing processing or overcutting, to prevent heavy work and ensure quality.
9. During processing, the operator should always observe whether the tool path is reasonable and whether there is improvement possible, and contact the programmer at any time to improve the processing efficiency. During the execution of the previous program, the next program should be prepared for tool clamping, and should Pay attention to the rational use of tools to reduce costs.
10. The processing personnel must do a good job of the work-on time, off-machine time, processing time of each program, the name of the operator, and record the total processing time in the record book. The operator must not do any Things that have nothing to do with work.
- Shut down
1. After checking together by the programmer, the workpiece should be removed immediately after confirming that it is correct and handed over to the next stage, and the machine tool should be cleaned properly.
2. After confirming that there is no next job, it can be shut down. First press the emergency stop button, then press the power switch, and finally turn off the main power supply.
3. Check whether the air compressor is turned off.
- Machine maintenance
1. In addition to the normal packaging of the machine during operation, other parts such as coolers should also be cleaned at any time.
2. The guide rail oil should be filled at any time, and the type should be paid attention to (see the operation manual of the machine tool).
