Huazheng Shouban 2018 outdoor development activities

On November 10, 2018, Huazheng Shouban Company organized all employees to carry out outreach training in South Australia, aiming to showcase the Huazheng team style, strengthen the company's cohesiveness and deepen mutual communication and understanding.

The expansion activities officially started in the game session. All the participants were divided into three groups. Three captains were elected by everyone. In the game, the team leader should lead the team members to complete the game task. Everyone in the game is fully committed, and the cooperation and competition between the teams is reflected. These spirits and tacit understandings will be a valuable asset for us to work together in the future.

There were a lot of fun games on this day. Everyone actively participated and added glory to their team. Although the team that failed in the game accepted the corresponding “punishment”, everyone still played very happy, the face was full of smiles, everyone was Satisfied for the smooth passage of my own, cheering for the success of my companions.

The last project on the first day - the graduation wall. This is a task that seems impossible to complete. After experiencing repeated failures, everyone does not give up, work together, adjust quickly, and bear and encourage each other. The final team of 31 people completed in 20 minutes and 31 seconds. The goal of 45 minutes is also faster than 20 minutes of outstanding results to complete the task. At that moment, everyone’s eyes flashed with excitement of tears. At that moment, everyone really felt that Huazheng’s team could work together to create a miracle!



The second day of the live-action CS field confrontation activity was a great test of the strategic spirit and teamwork. There was no cool breeze in the morning, but the enthusiasm of everyone involved did not diminish, and the camouflage uniform was divided into two teams, fierce. In the battle, everyone is fighting for their own team. The sweat soaked the clothes, the bullet marks were all over, and all the players made all the stops. Even if they were eliminated, they were not discouraged and continued to help the players.


    The expansion activities ended perfectly. The understanding between the employees of the company deepened. Some employees who did not like to communicate with each other also showed themselves better. Everyone helped each other more and was more conducive to future collaborative work. This expansion activity is a washing of the soul of each of us. It allows us to understand the value of commitment and the experience of responsibility. This is a true feeling of being reborn. We are moved by our teammates. I am moved, we are proud of the team and proud of ourselves!
