         1. The horizontal CNC machining center should be installed far away from the earthquake source, free from direct sunlight, no heat radiation, and no moisture. If there is an earthquake source near the place where the machining center is installed horizontally, an anti-vibration slot should be set around the horizontal machining center. Whether or not to install the shock-proof groove has a direct impact on the machining accuracy and stability of the horizontal machining center. After a long time, it will affect the poor contact and failure of the electronic components, and affect the reliability of the horizontal machining center.

         2. Temperature and humidity will directly affect the horizontal machining center. CNC machining centers generally need to be in an environment below 30 degrees Celsius to operate normally. An air extractor and an air cooler are generally installed in the distribution box of a horizontal machining center. Ensure that the electronic components and the central processing unit are running at a constant temperature. When the temperature and humidity are too high, the life of the control system components will be greatly shortened, and the probability of failure of the horizontal machining center will increase. Increasing humidity will increase the dust on the IC board, directly causing poor contact and short circuit.

       3. Strict voltage and current control. Processing workshops are generally based on horizontal CNC machining centers. There are more mechanical equipment in the processing workshops, which will also cause greater fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the installation locations of the horizontal machining center must strictly control the voltage and current of the power supply. The voltage and current of the power supply must be controlled within the allowable range of the horizontal machining center, and a stable power supply voltage and current must be maintained, otherwise it will directly affect the normal operation of the horizontal machining center.
